How Many Eggs In Scrambled Eggs For One

For one person, I usually use 2-3 eggs. It also depends on the size of the eggs. If you’re using jumbo or extra-large eggs, then you’ll probably only need 2 eggs.

If you’re using smaller or medium-sized eggs, then you will need 3 eggs.
I like my scrambled eggs to be soft and creamy, so I add a dash of cream and a nob of butter.

What can you add to scrambled eggs?

There are endless possibilities when it comes to adding ingredients to scrambled eggs. Some popular additions include diced ham, onions, bell peppers, shredded cheese, salsa, and cherry tomatoes.
