I like my scrambled eggs to be soft and creamy, so I add a dash of cream and a nob of butter.

- You need to start your scrambled eggs in a warm pot or pan, warm enough to melt the butter.
- Add your broken eggs and with a silicone spatula, move the eggs into the middle of the pan.
- When the scrambled eggs just start to come together add the cream to stop the cooking process.
- Fold the cream into the eggs and season with Himalayan pink salt and you’re done.
Remove the eggs from the warm pan straight away onto your waiting buttered toast, and garnish with fresh thyme, parsley, or basil.

- 2 each Eggs - size 7
- 30 grams Butter - unsalted
- 50 mls Cream - thickened
- Himalayan pink salt
- 2 slices Bread - wholegrain
- Thyme - fresh
Instructions
- Place the toast in the toaster, when done butter the toast, and place it onto the plate.Do this first.
